Notes for the pawrents

Some dogs with heavy matting & knots close to the skin are very difficult to have clipped without leaving any length left on their coat.

This is due to the discomfort matting causes to your pets. We are left with only one option, that is, to remove the entire coat below these matts. This is not a pleasant experience for your pet.

We can also come to you, We know you’re busy!

Pick up and drop off
Yessss we can include transport!. We will save you lots of time, so you don’t need to worry if you are running late to work. We will pick up your doggy in one of our comfy vans. We guarantee he/she won’t be in the car for more than 25/30 minutes depending on the pick up location. (Additional cost for this service applies)

The team at Dogs in Town are amazing. It is very obvious they love dogs & care very much for them. The facility is lovely with every consideration given to what keeps dogs happy. My toy poodle, Teddy, loves being fussed over when he goes there for his grooming. He looks extraordinary when his session is complete. When I take Teddy for a walk & we go past Dogs in Town, he just wants to rush in to say hello. I highly recommend Dogs in Town.

Gus and the team took such good care of our Rocco. They sent us videos of Rocco throughout his stay which we loved seeing. They include lots of interactive play and create such a good atmosphere. You can see from the videos they post how happy all the dogs are. It’s a stunning facility with lots of beautiful product in the store as well. We won’t take him anywhere else now!
